The larger houses have a good area in front which has been landscaped well. Our rear garden has also been well landscaped, with a mix of turf and a large number of shrubs and grasses. The play area has not yet been built as building is ongoing, but it will have a large grass and tree landscaped area around it with views to the hills and the coastline. Customer care so far has been excellent, with great attention to customer satisfaction by quickly dealing with the few minor issues that have arisen in the new house.’

Rail links are also improving across the region. In 2019, £5.7 billion was announced for the modernisation of the Great Western Line. Today, this is translating into better, faster and more reliable train services for everyone living across the South West.

Due to its success as a tourism hub, the region is also well served by national bus and coach routes. Getting down to Dorset, Devon, Bristol of Cornwall is an easy fix from almost any major UK city.
